David Curtis-Ring

A British artist and art director who has created a fantastic range of costumes - including a Lettuce Dress.  The audience were invited to take part in the edible performance of the dress, and remove the salad leaves to dip into a choice of dressings - leaving a specially designed print underneath.

The 'disposable' feature of this costume, has links to the work I am designing and the idea that a newspaper dress would be a one-off disposable garment.
